Apple launches a new service that allows iCloud users to quickly and easily transfer their photos and videos to Google Photos. Without transferring the storage but copying the content for storage to other services and the transfer process takes 3 to 7 days, as Apple takes time to verify if the user has actually requested and moved is.
Status before transferring photos and videos
- Of course, you must own an Apple product with iCloud Photos.
- Use the two-factor authentication method for your Apple ID account.
- To use Google Photos you will need a Google account.
- Your Google account should have enough storage space for file transfers.
How to transfer photos and videos from iCloud to Google Photos
- Log in to your Apple ID privacy.apple.com.
- Select a copy of your data.
- Follow the instructions to complete the request.
The user will be asked to sign in to their Google account to initiate the transfer. You will then receive an email requesting transfer. And another email upon completion of the transfer.
Transfer photos and videos from iCloud to Google Photos of .jpg, .png, .webp, .gif, some RAW files, .mpg, .mod, .mmv, .tod, .wmv, .asf, .avi, .divx Supports.
