Soon a television series will promote Irish golf and will star Bill Murray. The American actor was in Ireland this summer to shoot the series between fiction and documentary titled The Lynx Life,
We will walk among the beautiful courses of Connemara, Rosapenna, Carne, Portsalon, Galway, Ballybunion, Narin, O’Meara, Druids etc…
Bill Murray Is a very good level golfer: He has participated in several AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Ams. And has never hidden his addiction to the sport, which he sometimes practices in colorful clothes…
This initiative by the Irish Tourist Board is an important part of a program of activities to keep this destination high on the minds of future visitors from the United States and around the world.

It is a great way to showcase Ireland and some of our best golf courses. We aim to remind viewers that Ireland is full of spectacular scenery and great experiences. With some of the best golf courses in the world, the episodes filmed here will help ensure that Ireland remains ‘at the fore’ among golfers around the world.
