After a strong rotation, German football players started the goal machine again in World Cup qualification. With half a dozen new forces in the starting line-up, the DFB team played like a substitute in a 7–0 (4–0) win against Israel in Essen after only 1–0 in the first leg.

Youngsters Joule Brand (20th/45th), Captain Sarah Dabritz (26th), Laura Frelange (42nd), Lena Magul (56th), Tabia Walmuth (71st) and Felicitas Rauch (78th) including DFB Interim President In front of 1814 met the audience. DFB ladies did a great job

But it could have been cracked better with more speed, accuracy and observation, some of the hits were worth watching. In the German double strike, the 19-year-old was met only after a submission by Dabritz, then the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, fired a slightly deflected low shot after excellent preparation from a freelong.

And then preparations went up again, with the Eintracht striker scoring his quota of eight goals in nine internationals. And TSG Hoffenheim’s winger Brand made sure things were clear with his second goal before the break.
