Among other things, the Capitoline Junta has given the Secretary-General a mandate “to carry out the functions envisaged by Article 52 of the Code of Accounts Justice of 26 August 2016”, for which the administration heads the top bureaucratic structure. Those who, in the exercise of their functions, become aware of facts which may give rise to tax liability, should immediately report to the Court of Auditors.
