X-ray shots show terrible proportions. Several balls got stuck in the body of the velvet paw.

Cat owners contacted the animal welfare organization on Facebook »Deeside and Kincardin Cats Protection Scotland“And gave them the X-ray images. They want to share their story to make others aware of this cruelty to animals, as well as to ask for help to track down the perpetrators.

She was immediately taken to a vet who performed emergency surgery. The cat was shot several times with an air rifle. A bullet hit near the spinal cord.

Their bullets and splashes spread throughout the body. The animal must have been in terrible pain.

Yet, under these circumstances, he had dragged himself into the home of his masters!

The whole family is devastated. Because whether or not the cat will survive, it still cannot be said. He is facing further operation.

The perpetrators are still unknown, which is why the residents of the place where the incident took place have been asked to provide evidence. Police has also started investigation.

“We do not want this to happen to other animals,” the animal welfare organization writes on its Facebook page. Of course, they hope that this brutal attack on a defenseless animal is an isolated incident.
