The Duchess of Cambridge stuns on the streets of London this Wednesday, October 19th in a totally unnoticed red. The color of passion and power seems to be the favorite of Prince William’s wife. Evidence in pictures.
Red Alert in London! This Tuesday, October 19, Kate Middleton made a flamboyant appearance in total red, at the launch of the Forward Trust’s Action on Addiction campaign at the BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts) headquarters. This isn’t the first time the Duchess has chosen red. Thus she sported a color associated with love and passion when she left motherhood, Prince Louis, in her arms in a dress with a Peter Pan collar. A nod to Lady Di, who wore a dress in this color for her first appearance since giving birth to Prince Harry.

Red is a color that is very present in the British imagination, appearing on the uniforms of the Welsh Guards at Buckingham Palace or on the famous Scottish tartan pattern. No wonder Prince William’s wife has decided to wear this color on several occasions. And it’s often during meetings with the kids or charity that she chooses to take it out of her closet. A way, perhaps, to show his love and dedication to the causes that particularly affect him.
