It is not often that the Grand Trust has a chance to host international matches. As part of their preparations for Euro 2016, about five years after Didier Deschamps’ arrival of the Blues at Saint-Symphorian (They defeated Scotland in Metz), It is the turn of the French women’s team to keep their baggage at Moselle. The team, led by Corinne Deccan, will play two games there on 20 and 23 February as part of the Tournoi de France organized by the French Football Federation. During the competition, Les Blues will be housed in Metz in Gad in the City.
This is the second year in a row that the FFF has started the tournament which will take place from Wednesday 17 to Tuesday 23 February, at Metz as well as at the Louis-Duguez Stadium in the sedan. Last year, The first edition was held in the Haats-de-France region. All matches will be held behind closed doors, apparently due to health conditions, but will be broadcast on the France team’s official broadcaster W9.
In addition to the French team (third in the FIFA rankings), this French tournament will bring together three other European teams, including Norway (11th), Iceland (16th) and Switzerland (19th).
