Game of Thrones star Hafir Jalius Berzens has welcomed a baby son with wife Kelsey Hanson.
The actor, who plays Gregor ‘The Mountain’ Clegan in the fantasy series, shared a very detailed break on Instagram the day his son was born, starting from the moment his wife broke his water at 6am.
Kelsey was born in the birthing pool, Hephthor said she ‘did amazing’ and ‘she is in complete control of her mind and body’.
‘I am absolutely amazed at how strong she is, and proud of her for everything she did to prepare herself during pregnancy. “How proud I am and how I feel about this experience cannot be put into words,” he wrote. ‘
His son was born at 11.19am on Sunday.
The actor further said: ‘After pushing our healthy, strong, handsome boy hard for 2 hours and 19 minutes, 30 52 cm. The long 30 reached a weight of 353030 grams.
‘It was a wonderful call to introduce my daughter to her new brother to complete a very beautiful, awe-inspiring work.’
At 30.0 pm, the family took their new son home and said, “Both mother and child are doing super well.”
The couple has chosen a name for the baby and has chosen to keep it a secret for now, but Huffer added that ‘they can’t wait to share it with you soon’.
He added a string of pictures of moments after his son arrived, as he and Kelsey stared at him as he sat in the birthing pool.
In more pics taken at home the actor shows the younger one in bed, and in another sweet photo his cat looks at the new arrival.
The couple – j October tied the knot in Iceland in October 2018 – announced her pregnancy in April with a sweet sex revelation video.
Huffer, 31, and Kelsey, 30, burst a black balloon filled with blue confetti.
The TV star is already the father of a daughter from a previous relationship.
The actor is also the strongest man in the world, and has been with his wife since 2017 after meeting at a bar in Canada.
Kelsey, who is also at 5’2 against her husband’s 6’9, asked the Game Th F Thrones star for a picture and they are said to have hit her from there.
