Micro .ft plans to allow more workers to work from the post-home epidemic.
The Redmond, Washington and Washington-based organization unveiled plans to adopt a “hybrid workplace” environment as it faces the raging coronavirus crisis. The company said part of its strategy is to provide more permanent relief to employees if it breaks down.
Kathleen Hogg, executive vice president of Microsoft Microsoft Ft, writes, “Flexibility can mean different things to each of us, and we recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to the various roles, work requirements and business needs of MicroFit. . ” a Blog post Friday. “To address this, we have provided guidance to employees to make informed decisions around scenarios that may include changes to their work site, work location and / or working hours after the opening of office fees without any COVID-19 restrictions.”

Most of the employees of Micro .ft have been working remotely since March. Once the health crisis is over, it will be normal for most roles to be less than 0% away with the manager’s approval, the company said.
Employees who choose to work remotely on a permanent basis will not be assigned office fee space but will have access to flexible “touchdown space” in the office fees of micro.
Other tech companies such as Twitter and SquareHave said more of their employees could work from home on a permanent basis.
