The catch is currently limited to Level 40 Geo Trainers, according to Cerbiite.net. To transfer to Pocket Monster, you have to go to your Nintendo account under Settings option, to send Pokemon and then access to Home Transporter.
It is used every time you use Pokemon Transporter Energy, which improves over time. You can read more about this in our previous post. Obviously, one would use a shiny legend All .Raja.
