Police in California Released a shocking video that records the moment a woman, who is holding a knife, dies in the middle of the road by a police officer.
The pictures were released by the Sheriff’s Office in Nevada on Wednesday and they show 33-year-old Ariella Crawford walking along the road in the Alta Sierra with her two young children when police officer Caleb Tonderian approaches them.
A resident of the area phoned police on February 4 to tell them that a woman was walking in the middle of the road when she had “significant traffic”, the sheriff’s office said.
In the video, Crawford is immediately enraged with police officers who come to him and pull out a large knife, according to the NY Post. “For reasons we do not yet know, Ms. Crawford was deeply disturbed by the presence of our officers despite the fact that one of them told her she was not involved,” he said.
Todirian tells Crawford that he has “not joined” and denies that he will touch Children Of “But we need to get out your knife,” he tells her.
“Don’t bother my kids,” she replies before screaming at the police. “If something happens to me or my children, everyone around the world will know.”
The policeman replies that he just wants to help, but she keeps shouting and turning towards him, while another policeman proposes a tusser.
The woman then starts chasing the policeman with a knife and a Todirian Shoot. “After Officer Todirian fired, Ms. Crawford was still holding a knife,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement accompanying the video. “When he was gone, the police immediately started giving first aid.”
Crawford was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The inspection of the matter is going on.
