Start Fantasy Football Week 2 ‘M & Seat’: Ben Rothlisberger is ready to go back in time

Week 2 is not the time to panic about your fantasy roster, but it may be time to adjust. Injuries can push your hand, and we live with a lot of big name players, which is not enjoyable. Hopefully, you’ll find quality replacement options, whether it’s on your bench or the waiver wire is off.

Michael Thomas (Ankle), Le Von Bell (Hamstrings) and Philip Lindsay (Turf Toe) Not expected to play in 2 weeks, and we have already lost Marlon Mack (Achilles) and Black Jarvin (ACL) for the season. We are waiting to find out James Kerner (Ankle) can play in week 2, and if Miles Sanders (Hamstrings), Kenny Golade (Hamstrings) and Courtland Sutton (Shoulder) will enter in 2020 after being out in Week 1.

Your fantasy roster may unfortunately be filled with red injury tags, but thanks to that some reinforcements can be played this week. Benny Snell And Nheim Hines There are two possible starting options for running back in Week 2, and we like that Anthony Miller, Laviska Shenolt and Paris Campbell As sleeper receivers. Dallas Goedert Emerged as an early tight end, and Ryan Tennhill Week 2 has a solid start quarterback.

The injuries are smelly, and it’s not fun to make all these roster moves to plug holes after a week. But hopefully you’re smart with your draft or waiver wire and some of these players can start upside down. We’ll help you with the suggestions below, and let’s hope we don’t hurt the stars again in Week 2.

Start with ‘M and Seat’

It was great to watch Ben Rothlisberger Back to the field on Monday night in Week 1 Giants. After a sluggish start, he felt better, and he should get better after missing most of last season with an elbow injury. Opposite him is a chance to go into Week 2 Broncos.

Rothlisburger was a 21-of-32 who passed for 229 yards and three touchdowns against the Giants, and he felt comfortable going forward as the game progressed. He connected for two touchdowns together Juju Smith-Schuster And one James Washington, And he should continue to improve his relationship Of Deonta Johnson, Chase Clapool And Eric Ebron.

Rothlisberger will have to face a tired and straight defense this week. The Broncos played a late Monday night game in Week 1 and now have to travel around the country to play Steelers. They were already down standout pass rushers From Miller (Ankle), and Cornback A.J. Boy (shoulder) was injured in front of Tennessee.

I have Rothlisburger ranked as the top 10 fantasy quarterback in Week 2, but the top five finishes wouldn’t be a surprise. He’s usually great at home, and this is the first time he’s played in a year in Pittsburgh. That should be a strong performance for Rothlisburger this week.

Cardinals (vs WAS): There was a lot going on in Washington about the way the Eagles’ offense went in Week 1, but the offense of the Washington Football Team with 239 total yards was no better. Haskins was fired three times, and the offense could clash again on the road against the Cardinals. Week 1 also had three sacks in Arizona.

  • Packers (vs. DET): In a Green Bay game last year, Stafford was sacked three times and had no touchdowns. The Packers pass rush should be a problem for Stafford this week.
  • Titans (vs. JAC): Jadevan Clooney didn’t make much of an impact in his first game with the Titans at Denver in Week 1, but he should try to chase Minshe once or twice this week. The Titans defense should be tough at home.
  • Buchananers (vs. CAR): The Buchananers allowed the Saints just 271 yards in total offense in New Orleans last week, and this defense at home on the Panthers should be tough. Except for Christian McCaffrey, this could be a bad game for the Panthers offense.

Patriots (on SEA): The Patriots defense was great for allowing just 11 points against Miami last week, and had three hurdles against New England’s Ryan Fitzpatrick. But apparently Russell Wilson is on a different level, and the Seahawks are sitting at home. I will look for another DST option this week instead of trusting the Patriots.
