DxOMark reviewers claim that the iPhone 13 Pro’s cameras are better than the Pixel 6 Pro’s after testing the cameras on both these phones. Due to the new camera hardware used in the Pixel 6 Pro, this is quite surprising as it is expected to improve Google rankings.
Google Pixel 6 Pro scored 135 and iPhone 13 Pro scored 137 in DxOmark’s ranking. The Google Pixel 6 Pro scored 135 points, placing sixth behind the iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro and Huawei Mate 40 Pro. The Google Pixel 6 Pro scored 143 points in the photo section, 71 in the zoom section, and 115 in the video section.
But the photo score of iPhone 13 Pro is 144, zoom is 76 and video score is 119. However DXOMARK appreciates that the cameras on the Google Pixel 6 Pro deliver good pictures in bright light and good shadow detail and contrast in indoor images and videos. The Google Pixel 6 Pro gets a better score than the iPhone 13 Pro’s selfie camera. Huawei P50 Pro tops the DxOMark ranking with 144 points. Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is in second place with 143 points.
What is the fault?
When it comes to group photos, the iPhone 13 Pro beats the Google Pixel 6 Pro. This is because the Pixel 6 Pro camera’s group photos had less depth. The result is a flawed background for group photos. In addition to the noise of indoor and low-light images, color instability is also a problem with the impressive Ultra Wide camera and video. While the Pixel 6 Pro is yet to arrive in India in the current environment, the iPhone 13 Pro is the best camera phone out there.
