Looking for “dynamic individuals or families”
The houses under construction have two bedrooms and are not far from Kinloch village. Apart from the inhabitants, the island is home to deer and bison. On the professional side, jobs are available in fisheries, childcare and food production.

“R Them’s Island is looking for dynamic individuals or families who want to integrate the island’s way of life and contribute to positive change for this young and growing community”, specifies an advertisement published on Islay’s site . Applicants have until 28 August 2020 to submit applications.
