Atlanta mayor is “still in a point out of shock” following screening constructive for coronavirus

Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro attended a July 4th celebration event with Todd Chapman, the US Ambassador to Brazil, shortly before acquiring tested for coronavirus.

The celebration took location on Saturday, in accordance to a picture posted that day to the President’s formal Facebook website page. In the photograph, Bolsonaro is standing in shut proximity to numerous US and Brazilian officials, in what Bolsonaro stated was Chapman’s residence.

No just one in the picture is wearing a mask. Chapman is observed with his arm all around the President he also shared a image of the celebration on Twitter, declaring he was “honored” to host Bolsonaro on July 4th.

Bolsonaro was tested for coronavirus on Monday evening, and expects to acquire the benefits on Tuesday, according to a statement from the president’s communication team.

“The President is, at the second, in very good health and fitness and at his residence,” the statement extra.

Chapman will also be analyzed for coronavirus. The US Embassy in Brasilia wrote on Twitter late Monday that Chapman will consider Covid-19 tests and adhere to CDC protocols.

Other top rated US and Brazilian officials have been at the function, including the US Protection Attache, Bolsonaro’s secretary of government, and Bolsonaro’s main of staff members.
