Good Morning Britain viewers were shocked after a ‘mental otter’ predicted that Scotland would beat England in today’s Euro 2020 game.
A pair of beasts named Ola and Ozzy were tasked with predicting which team would win the game on Friday’s bizarre segment of the show.
The smart beaver, anticipating the good results of last week’s England-Croatia game, had to run for the flag in his enclosure at the Birmingham Sealife Centre.
Ola and Ozzy appear to have traveled to England before settling in Scotland, implying that the Tartan army may come to conquer it.
However, Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway was not too thrilled with the prediction and was quick to point out its flaws.
“So they go to the flags of England or Scotland. Do we have any evidence that they were proven right before?”
In fact, she requested that the show not return to the Otters later as planned, as they began crossing two flags on the ground.
She added: “We’ll go back if we think it works… I’m not sure.”
Kate then told her fellow presenter Adil: “You’re not thrilled with this, are you Adil”, and he replied: “No, I’m not…”
Steve Clark’s team will take on Old Enemy at London’s Wembley Stadium on Friday evening.
