There is a civilized code Out today with iOS 14 update For its incredibly popular task manager items. 3 .. Today’s update brings new home screen widgets, new Apple Play and Watch troubles and more.
Items 3 offers three different home screen widget sizes to choose from, and you can customize which list you want your widget to show. By default, Items 3 Widgets will show your “Today” list with your tasks for that day. Additionally, if you have multiple projects to track, you can also add multiple widgets to your home screen.
Item 3 for the iPad also includes support for these new widgets, and while the iPOS OS DOS14 does not support home screen widgets, it can be added to Today View instead.
Today’s update to Things 3 will add integration with iOS 14’s new winddown feature:
As bedtime approaches, your iPhone can help you close the day and make sure you’re ready for tomorrow. You’ll see a shortcut to quickly review tomorrow’s dose before bed, or you can customize other shortcuts to suit your needs. Open your health app to set this up (in sleep settings).
For Apple Watch users, there are two new pitfalls:
We’ve added two big new pitfalls to this release. The “do it today” complexity infograph shows your next three to dos on modular or modular compact, while the “do new” complexity puts a handy + button on the face of your watch to streamline data entry.
Finally, for iPadOS 14 and Apple Plus Pencil, Items 3 also now supports the Scribble feature that will automatically convert your signature into text.
- Project update and synchronization notes are synced. (As a result, you may even write longer notes.)
- The face of the Siri watch will now show the dose with upcoming reminders.
- Apple Watch now runs shortcuts so you can control things from your wrist. Milk out? You need to tap one for things to remind you to choose something. Create shortcuts to your items in the Shortcuts app on your iPhone.
- In the Shortcuts app on the iPhone and iPad, you can now select one of your tags in the “Show List” action.
And one important thing to note if you use item 3 on multiple devices:
Please note that this version also includes an update to Things Cloud. You must update items to 3.13 All To continue syncing your devices. If you have any questions, please contact us through thingsapp.com.com
