Organizers from six countries have confirmed that Scotland’s prime ministerial players will be available for the game against France on Friday.
The match in Paris was scheduled for February, but was postponed after the outbreak of the Kovit-19 at Camp France.
The restructuring date is March 26, coming out of an international window.
Captain Stuart Hawk and full-back Sean Midland were part of the England squad for Saturday’s 52–10 win against Italy.
Hawke and his international teammate Johnny Gray play for Saracens for Exodus, Maitland and Duncan Taylor, while Gloucester’s Chris Harris was a substitute for the Italians at Murrayfield.
This season Greg Townsend’s squad also features Saline Evan Ashman, Bath duo Josh Bailey and Jamie Patti, Breeze Doubles Cornell and Worcester Harlequins James Long and Scott Steele.
Fly-half Finn Russell plays his rugby club in France with Racing 92, but was injured upon arrival from Italy.
