“Summer in the City” is the name of the musical series the association is putting on “Zeit: Raum” Waltrop’s “Parlor”: now a Ruhr area trio performing with Sackville Street ballads.
The debut was extremely successful: the association “Zeet: Ram” along with “Two Gents” and “Big Wheels” made a mark. Both bands had already created a good atmosphere at Roosterstrae in July. The same should happen next Friday (August 5) when the Sackville Street trio will perform Irish and Scottish songs in the town of Hebwerk.
A Celtic harp can also be heard

This Ruhr region trio has been performing sad Irish and Scottish songs since 2006 – unabashedly and with genuine passion. “There are love songs and instrumental pieces that guarantee goosebumps,” organizer Angelica Westhoff-Hashke promised on Monday (August 1) when asked by our editors. “For the audience it’s like a little vacation on the Emerald Isle.”
Admission is free – the hat spins at the end
