Attend the webinar: Responsible Tourism in Scotland Thursday, 20 January

Scotland House Brussels and VisitScotland are jointly organizing a webinar on how local artists are developing original and exemplary initiatives for more responsible and sustainable tourism for visitors.

This webinar will bring together partners from the Scottish tourism economy to present three examples of how businesses are approaching Net Zero Emissions and using new and innovative approaches to meet Scotland’s ambitions for more responsible tourism. Huh.

Emma Hall Beinn operates a Tuirc distillery, using the distillery’s own hydroelectric power to produce award-winning gins. The manager of a property in her husband’s family for over 150 years, Emma is passionate about promoting Kintyre as a tourist destination in Scotland.

Sam Faircliffe is the managing director of Cairngorms Brewery, an award-winning craft beer maker located in the heart of Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands. She is also Scotland Food & Drink’s regional food tourism ambassador for the Highlands.

Caroline Millaro He is the co-owner of Hideaway Experience, a 5-star escape experience, and co-founder and president of the Go Rural Partnership, which promotes agricultural tourism. She also sits on the Board of Directors of NFU Scotland, the Scottish Tourism Alliance Council. She is also the former director and chair of the Oxford Farming Conference.
