In its press release, the group indicates the following elements : “At the end of the 2020 fiscal year, BIO-UV Annual turnover of € 32.2 million, a much stronger growth of + 61% compared to 2019. Despite an unprecedented crisis and epidemic-imposed health restrictions, the group has been fully successful in integrating the Scottish company Trojan and Integrated Dynamic Organic. Growth of + 25% in 2020 (+ 44% in maritime activities and + 11% in land activities). EBITDA’s growth in 2020 + 152% in 2020, ie a margin multiplied by 10.3% to EBITDA at € 3.3m in 2020, multiplied by x2.5 compared to 2019 (+ 152%). Despite the impact on a full year of employees’ contributions TriogenThe increase in personnel costs was limited to + 34% last year (+ 4% on a pro form basis).
