England and Scotland: Some countries exempted from quarantine, but not Canada

According to a CBC News article, fully vaccinated travelers from Canada will still be required to self-quarantine upon entry into England and Scotland, but travelers from the United States and several European countries will not.

The governments of the United Kingdom, Scotland and Wales announced yesterday that travelers arriving in these three countries from the European Union and the United States will be exempted from mandatory quarantine on arrival.
