Euro 2020: 26 players from Scotland unveiled

In a press conference on Wednesday, Scottish national team coach Steve Clarke unveiled his list of 26 players to take part ineuro 2020. The competition will be held from June 11 to July 11.

Scotland arrives at the European Football Championship with a group of young people who want to create a sensation. But the roster also features the presence of football stars, most notably Scotland team captain and Liverpool left-hander Andy Robertson. In midfield, Manchester United player Scott McTominay is in the squad, followed by Aston Villa’s John McGinn.

Young Chelsea midfielder Billy Gilmour has been called up to the first team for the first time, having played in all youth categories for Scotland. All Celtic Glasgow members David Turnbull and Callum McGregor are also in the squad for Euro 2020. Southampton player Che Fred Adams has the heavy task of spearheading Scotland’s attack during the prestigious European competition.
