red country

Travel to these countries is prohibited, even for vaccination and recovery (except for those that have received approval from the Exceptions Committee).

Everyone returning from these countries will be charged in complete isolation:
Bulgaria, Brazil and Turkey.

On 27/9/21 Mexico will move from the list of red countries to the list of orange countries.

orange country

The Ministry of Health has noted that from 3/9/2021 a vaccinated or cured person returning from an orange country is required to remain in isolation until a negative PCR result is obtained or 24 hours have elapsed from his entry into Israel. required, provided that one of the following conditions is met:

1. Immunize in the third dose (“booster”)
2. Vaccinated in the second dose and no more than 6 months have elapsed since the second vaccination day
3. Cures who have received the vaccine dose

• Holder of a recovery certificate or an Israeli vaccine certificate, who left Israel 7 days after vaccination or returned 14 days after vaccination (excluding vaccination day)

Anyone who doesn’t follow these classes needs to be completely isolated from an orange state back to Israel.

Complete isolation lasts 14 days and can be shortened by performing 2 negative PCR tests. One on the day of landing and the other on the 7th. Isolation ends when a negative result is found.

Vaccination and recovery should be in isolation until a negative result is obtained or for 24 hours (whichever is earlier) Those who have not been vaccinated or recovered should be in complete isolation:

Austria, Uruguay, Bahrain, Gabon, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, China, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic and Cyprus.

There will be no change in the list of yellow countries on 27/9/21.
