Mark Zuckerberg to name Facebook because of ‘this’?

Facebook Inc., the world’s leading social networking company, is considering changing its name for rebranding purposes, which will be discussed next week. The name change was reported on Tuesday by The Verge aimed at attracting users by creating a product in the Metaverse method.

It is learned that Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg will speak on the subject at the company’s annual meeting. The meeting will be held on 28 October. But a decision in this regard is likely to be taken first, The Verge said in its report.

The metaverse has a role to play in prioritizing the virtual universe. When people navigate the virtual world via the Internet, it is called the metaverse. It also includes the digital space. Digital space is a virtual world created through technologies such as virtual reality and augmented reality. This virtual world is called digital space.

Through this rebranding, the company is looking to create a completely different service under his leadership in another larger segment. The company’s subsidiaries already include Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus and others. But Facebook said it would not comment on discussions about the name change.
