Following the feast of medals (14) at the International Online Championships held in Venezuela and Iran, the technical director of the Brindisi Taekwondo Association “Peneta Rosa” and his athletes still stand out internationally. On 15 March the International Online Championship “Scotland Open Taekwondo Championship” took place in Scotland, where Master Cosimo Spinelli won first place in the Master 4 category, while Federico Mevoli took second place in the Black Belt Cadet category.
The championship was organized by Grand Master Han Wong, because of all the achievements from the nominations of about 450 participating athletes and 22 nations to help needy poor children during the most difficult phase in history. At the end of the championship, Master Han wanted to thank the referees, technicians, coaches and all the athletes who participated in this beautiful championship.
The international online championship “La Furza del Pomosé” was held in Venezuela on the 24th, which was attended by 500 athletes and 20 countries. “Peneta Rosa” won nine bronze medals with teacher Cosimo Spinelli and athletes: Alessia Spinelli, David Tasco, Alyssa Maria Cassiano, Federico Mevoli, Giordio Bianco, Mauro Giusepe Albinius, Melissa Spinelli and Nicolas Trosa. Upcoming events, two championships in Venezuela and one in Peru.
