Quarantine is being started all over France

To curb the coronovirus epidemic, France’s government has expanded the sanctions for the second week in a row in Paris and will be extended to eighteen other counties from Saturday, President Emanuel Macron announced in a televised speech on Wednesday night. Macron had previously taken controversial and hasty measures, with intensive care units almost complete.

The measures will remain in force for at least four weeks.
