The remains of a Scottish village, believed to be haunted, are on sale for an offering of over £125,000 ($172,859).

The ruins of the ancient village of Loires are located on the banks of Loch Tai in the Central Highlands of Scotland and are spread over three acres of land. That’s according to Goldcrest Land and Forestry Group, which handles the Friday listing sales.

The ruins include the House of Lawyers, which houses the Lady of Lawyers in the late 1600s, its last occupant.

She was known for her various prophecies, such as a reference to a “fire coach” crossing the Drumochter Pass, which would be her prediction of the arrival of the railroad.

One of the strange prophecies of the Lady of Lords was that “the smoke-laden ship would sink with great loss of life at Loch Tai.” There is no record of such a disaster, but it suggests that they planned steamboats before they were under construction.

“Perhaps surprisingly, the site will be haunted by a woman to this day; possibly Lady,” Goldcrest said in the property’s brochure.
