It was also stated in the circular that the volume of the external loudspeakers of the mosque should not exceed one-third of its maximum volume.

Minister al-Sheikh also warned that action would be taken against those who violate the rules.

The circular was issued after the ministry came to know that the external loudspeaker of the mosque was being used during the Namaz. According to the circular, it causes problems to the sick patients, the elderly and the children living around the mosque.

It was also said that there would be disturbances in the recitation and rituals performed by the Imams of the mosque. It is said that this creates confusion for the congregation in the mosque and the residents living around the mosque.
