SpaceX capsule sends four astronauts to SKS / Article / LSM.lv

Crew Drew, a manned spacecraft crew by SpaceX, an American company founded by Ilona Mask, joined the International Space Station (ISS) on Saturday to carry four astronauts from the United States, France and Japan.

The Falcon 9 spacecraft capsule launched on Friday with a launch vehicle from a spaceport in Florida. A team of astronauts arrived at the International Space Station on Saturday after a 23-hour flight.

The capsule joined autonomously when the station was in Earth orbit at an altitude of 420 kilometers above the Indian Ocean. This was the third SpaceX flight for the International Space Station in a year.

However, this is important because SpaceX reused the same spacecraft for the first time.

The capsule also launched astronauts into orbit last May, and the Falcon 9 launch vehicle was reused on Friday after a successful return to Earth in November, when it took another capsule into orbit.

The four astronauts will spend six months at the space station, replacing four allies who return to Earth on Wednesday with the Crew Dragon spacecraft.
