Police in Ohio, United States, arrested a woman after leaving a dog in a car with the windows closed in strong sunlight as a “punishment”. This killed Cain.

The dog was found desperate to get out of the vehicle last Saturday night, after a neighbor alerted the police about the fact.

“He saw that all the windows were up and he was concerned for the safety of the dog. He passed by the residence and spoke to Moheb from his side window,” the report said.

A few minutes later officers reached the spot and immediately set out to check on the dog’s condition.
“Since no movement was observed in the vehicle, the officers immediately ran towards it after climbing over the fence and it was found that the dog was lying dead on the floor behind or on the rear side,” the document said.
“It is to be noted that the temperature was still 27 degrees and the windows of the vehicle were closed and the doors were locked. On seeing his dog, Moheb started screaming and begged us to break the glass of his car.
In the end, it was indicated that agents removed the dog from the vehicle, which was dead.
The woman is expected to appear in court this week, indicating that four other dogs who lived with her were evicted.
