Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a fatal crash involving a dump truck and a horse and buggy in Lancaster County. What we do know is that the tragedy happened at 8 a.m. Monday on Little Britain Road and Black Road in Little Britain Township. The area is a rural part of Lancaster County, south of Queryville. He had two girls and a boy. No names have been released at this time. Pennsylvania State Police initially said a total of four people were killed in the crash, but they have since revised the number to three. The Lancaster County governor said others have also been moved to the hospital. In the afternoon, the PSP issued the following statement: “After investigation, it was determined that a horse captured by (7) juveniles and traveling west on the buggy Black Road near the intersection with Little Britain Road North. Tri Axle Trash Truck Was traveling south.Learn Britain Road North and operated by the same occupant.Horse and buggy failed to stop at a properly placed stop sign at the intersection and proceeded to the buggy intersection.The truck hit the buggy on the right, the passenger side.
