Saturday night marks the second installment of AUW’s full gear pay-view, and this year’s show is starting to be remembered as one of the best PPV offer furings put up to date by the promotion. Like the weekly editions of All Out PPV and Dynamite in September, a limited number of fans will attend Daily Place for Full Gear.
In the main event, John Moxley will line up the ADV Championship in the “I Quit” match against Eddie Kingston. There has been a lot of fighting between the two in the last few weeks after Moxley defeated Kingston in the September 23 episode of Dynamite. Kingston went through a loss and has made it very clear that he never tapped Moxley. Moxley will focus on continuing his AUW title reign, which began last February when he defeated Chris Calchin during the Revolution.
In full gear last year, Cody had an interesting fix in his match against Jericho: if Cody loses, he will never challenge for the AW Championship again. Up to this point, it has become the case because Cody currently holds the title of TNT (which he will defend against Darby in Lin on Saturday). The Young Bucks have made the same announcement for their AW Tag Team Championship match against FTR at Full Gear. If Young Bucks loses, they won’t challenge the AWTG title again.
In addition, Jericho will fight the MJF, and if the MJF wins, he will be allowed to join the inner circle. The match between Kenny Omega and “Hangman” Adam Page is all about the couple or the AAW Championship No. 1 contender, and it could be a wild evening at the Daily Place on Saturday.
