Federal elections 2021* will be held on 26 September. In the 2017 federal election* constituency 175 had approximately 180,000 eligible voters. The voter turnout was 77.1 percent. CDU* politician Peter Tauber won the first outright mandate with 36.4 percent of the votes. SPD* candidate Bettina Muller came second with 28.3 percent.
