Packers vs. Saints Score: Aaron Rogers vs. SNF Live updates, game stats, highlights from the fight against Drew Bryce on

With both the Packers and Saints operating without their top wide receivers on Sunday night, both teams have relied heavily on their running backs and heavy amounts of short, quick throws. The lone big play of the first half came on a fairly grand play-action pass from Aaron Rodgers to Alan Lazard, who arranged a touchdown toss for Lazard later in the drive. Rogers finished the first half 9 of 16 for 104 yards and Lazard, who came to the play-action bootleg concept as a big-beneficiary.

For the Saints, Alvin Camara did almost all the damage, carrying the rock four times for 56 yards and seven passes for another 61 yards and a touchdown. Drew Bryce hesitated to throw the ball downfield, choosing to choose the one he was most comfortable with instead of aiming at it. Still, it was in the short term that the Saints were allowed to move on the right clip of the ball, and one-half finally helped them pull forward despite having a really rocky start. With just six seconds left, Bryce found Emanuel Sanders in the middle for Sanders’ first score as St., and gave New Orleans a 17-13 lead at the break.
