President Al-Sisi directs to expand use of latest technological tools in court system

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi met today with the Minister of Justice, Counselor Omar Marwan.

Ambassador Bassam Redi, the official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic, said the meeting followed “efforts to develop the litigation system at the level of the republic”.

In this context, the Minister of Justice reviewed the most prominent axes of developing the litigation system, with the technological aspect of increasing the efficiency of existing court headquarters and buildings in all governorates, and expanding the application of artificial intelligence techniques. The President directed to expand the use of latest electronic and technological tools in the court system, contributing to the speed of procedures and reducing the time of litigation, as well as to spread the remote litigation system to all courts in the times to come. ,

Counselor Omar Marwan also presented what had been done in relation to the development of the historic headquarters of the Real Estate Registry, as well as efforts to develop the Real Estate Registry System citizens at the state level.

The President was also briefed on the measures taken by the Ministry of Justice to end official disputes between the various parties, as all cases, some of which date back to the 1990s, were resolved.
