The third series sees another group of 12 pampered celebrities who think they can resist.

The show will start on August 29, 2021 at 9 PM on Channel 4.
Like the previous series, the show features well-known faces who give up their comfortable lives and take on challenges in hopes of passing an intensive SAS screening process.
For eight days, 12 celebrities will be subjected to a series of gruesome tasks and interrogations that will test them both physically and mentally.
A team of ex-servicemen from Special Forces push pampered celebrities to their limits.
They are: Head Instructor, Ant Middleton and his Management Team (DS), Jason ‘Fox’ Fox, Mark ‘Billy’ Billingham, Melvin Downs and Anthony ‘Staz’ Staziker.
This will be Ant’s last appearance on the show that filmed last year, after being dropped by Channel 4 in March.
