He was speaking on the occasion of inauguration of Loknete Ramsheth Thakur Bhawan and conferring of Ismail Saheb Mulla Jeevan Gaurav Award at Chhatrapati Shivaji College Satara. Bhagirath Shinde, Rayat Management Council member Ramsheth Thakur, Shakuntala Thakur, Secretary Vitthal Shivankar, MP Srinivas Patil, Joint Secretary Principal Dr Pratibha Gaikwad were present.
At this point of time, Pawar said, Rayat Shikshan Sanstha is credited for being an important factor in the upliftment of the common man by imparting education. Recognizing the steps of the times, Rayat has done commendable work at the national level by adopting new curriculum. Thakur’s generosity is incomparable in donating over Rs 70 crore. This philanthropy has played a big part in Rayat’s journey.
