LOS ANGELES (AP) – Just a week after singer Britney Spears announced she was stepping down from Instagram, she’s already re-energized there.
“I’m already back,” the 39-year-old wrote on the social media platform on Monday (local time). Apart from this, she posted two pictures of herself in black and white and colour, on which she looks at the camera with a serious expression on her face. “Some recordings from my weekend trip on which I celebrated my engagement,” wrote the pop singer. Her fiancé Sam Asghari cannot be seen in the pictures.
“I still can’t believe it!!!!” Spears wrote. She explained her quick comeback on Instagram, saying that she couldn’t stand it for long without the platform. In the comments, fans are amazed at Spears’ hairstyle in the photos and express doubts about the timeliness of the photos.
Spears deactivated her Instagram account last Tuesday, two days after announcing her engagement. On her Twitter account, which she reads as still active, she announced that she wants to take a break from social media.
