The longest sports day of the year also required one of the longest events of the year: Hessischer Rundfunk will report live and in detail from Ironman Frankfurt – on various channels and with Sebastian Keinel as an expert.
Tired of Iron Man! That’s the motto at the Hessischer Rundfunk on Sunday 26 June. On this day the Hour will broadcast the race on all channels in and around Frankfurt. Live reporting begins at 6.15 a.m. televised at Langner Waldsee. The show runs till 3:45 pm. In the evening, from 9.45 pm, the final finale can also be watched live on Ghanta Television.
The nearly nine-hour Ironman Show is moderated by Ralph Sholt. The race commentator is Dirk Froberg. Like last year, Sebastian Kienle serves as an expert. The professional athlete became the Ironman World Champion in Hawaii in 2014 and won the European Championship race three times in Frankfurt.
