Marco Bizot, who was not named in the 26-man final squad by coach Frank de Boer, was already due to travel to camp in Portugal as a reserve keeper, so no replacement is necessary.
Dutch captain Georginio will fly to Portugal on Saturday without Visionaldum and Frenki de Jong, who will join their teammates on Sunday.
KNVB said Manchester City defender Nathan AK, whose club play in the Champions League final on Saturday, would later join the team.
