QMJHL: Luke Heinman can’t do it all alone for Armada

Despite a two-goal performance and an assist from captain Luke Heineman, the Blanville-Boisbriand Armada lost to the Drummond Voltisers 7-3 on Thursday in Rimuski.

With his second goal of the game at the end of the second period, Heinemann nevertheless gave a goal for the formation of the Basis-Laurentides. At +1, the center player is also the only player in the club to show a positive difference.

Tremble slices

Sanctions relaxation in Nova Scotia

The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) has announced new dates for the four games to be played in Nova Scotia following the relaxation of certain restrictions by the province’s health authorities.

The Halifax Mooseheads will host the Charlottetown Islanders on Tuesday and March 14, while the Cape Breton Eagles will be in the city on March 11. The Eagles will receive a visit from the Islanders on March 13.
