Mumbai : WhatsAppFormer Amazon executive Manesh Mahatme has been appointed as the Director of Payments Business in India. Phase 1 : After starting Whatsapp, click on the 3 dots in the top right corner.

Step 8. WhatsApp will ask you for the last six digits on your debit card. Also some other information will be requested (debit card expiry date, your date of birth etc.)
Step 9. After this you can use the money transfer feature on WhatsApp.
How to transfer money from WhatsApp?
- Once your bank account details are updated you will be able to transfer or receive money.
- In the contact list of the person to whom you want to send money, open the chat and go to the payment option.
- Select the bank account from which the money is to be transferred
- Now enter your UPI PIN to complete the transaction by depositing the amount.
- After entering the PIN, your transaction will be successful with a confirmation message.
