Page 1: With 10 GbE and Thunderbolt 4: ASUS ProArt Z690-Creator WiFi Under Testing
After two mainboard short tests it’s time for a full review. And especially for content creators who rely on Intel’s Core i9-12900(K), the ASUS ProArt Z690-Creator WiFi could be a good base. We tested the Creator Board and pitted it against other LGA1700 motherboards.
ASUS ProArt Z690-Creator WiFi brings all the important features that are important for the aspiring content creator. State-of-the-art technology is offered not only due to Elder Lake S support, but also with the help of the new DDR5 and PCIe 5.0 standard. And Thunderbolt 4 is also often associated with the topic of content creation. And ASUS’s new ProArt offshoot also brings it in duplicate. Overall, it’s definitely worth a closer look under the hood of the ASUS ProArt Z690-Creator WiFi.
Not much has changed in the already known ProArt concept ASUS. The black color continues to set the basic tone, but in some places has been enriched with gold accents. The I/O cover consists of simple plastic and is therefore nothing special. If necessary, both plastic covers can also be easily removed if you don’t like them.
