DSince late December, the Championship has rediscovered the gloominess of contentious matches in front of empty stands. The four-day competition was marked by the absence of spectators. But the final consultation committee ended the closed session. Therefore, the return of spectators to the stadium has been approved from this Friday. However, with two constraints. First, a limit of 70% of the stadium’s capacity that has to be respected. Then, in the wake of the January 21 Kodako ban on supporters attending matches as decided by the Pro League. Indeed, after the events that crippled Bearshot–Antwerp and Standard–Charleroi, Pro League CA decided on 6 December to ban fans from visiting until 1 January 2022. A ban that has been extended indefinitely.
