From June 1, Google will no longer allow you to upload unlimited photos to your Photos app. According to Google, each user will be given only 15 GB of storage space, including photos, including email from Gmail. It will also include your photos, videos and other files on Google Drive. After that, after using 15GB of space, you will need to purchase a Google One subscription to use more space. For 100 GB storage space with a minimum subscription to Google One, users will have to pay Rs 130 per month or Rs 1300 per year.
YouTube Creators will also have to pay
Google is also going to make a big change on its other platform YouTube. Under this, YouTube creators will have to pay tax on their earnings. In fact, YouTube has now decided to collect taxes from YouTube creators outside the United States. In such a situation, these creators will have to pay tax on the views received from the United States. The company will launch the policy from next month.
Photos from Gmail will be saved in Google Photos
Apart from this, the company will launch another feature next month, after which the photos found in the mail will be saved directly in Google Photos. This feature will be called the Save to Photo button. However, this feature will now be available in JPEG format. This new feature will be next to the drive button. Where email photos are kept for preview. According to the company, the new feature will allow users to manually backup Google Photos by downloading them from Gmail. This feature will be the default.
